Brush your entire body everyday, morning or evening or both and stroke the skin firmly, but not painfully, towards the heart. Brush the whole body, stroking firmly the areas with cellulite. Use a brush with soft to medium natural bristle. Rushing is wonderful for blood circulation and lymphatic, which is key to reducing cellulite.
Exercise
Exercise can play a key role in reducing cellulite. Though the best form of exercise is not widely agreed on, an intense weight program, together with at least two aerobic type sessions per week can do wonders. Try it and you will not regret.
Water
When you drink water, it can be possible to flush out the toxins, improve circulation, hydrate and tone the skin. This is a simple but very important remedy. If you aren't interested in drinking eight glasses of water everyday, you can try herbal tea. Regular tea and coffee doesn't count and instead interfere with good hydration. Therefore, you must reduce them. If you must have juice, take it sparingly. This should be a maximum of 2 glasses in a day.
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Vitamin, fibers and minerals found in fruits and vegetables help to build healthy skins as well as connective tissue. The fluid and fibers can reduce cellulite as they help detoxify the body. Limiting juice consumption does not mean limiting fresh juice. Fresh raw fruits have enzymes and fiber, while juice doesn't. But when you make it yourself, it will have enzymes but no fibers.
